Our Mission and Origin Story
A SOAP RECYCLING AND
HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE
Here at Prospera we promote soap recycling as a means of reducing illness and addressing poverty in rural Panama. We develop and support projects that promote health education, family stability, community development and better healthcare access.
Prospera just hosted our first ever family-focused mission trip in collaboration with Floating Doctors to provide Dentists, Nurses and Physicians to treat rural patients with specific needs. Children aged 6-13 learned skits and then shared life-transforming health and hygiene facts with local kids.
